| - The fella and I visited on a Wednesday since it was half-off wine night, and it turns out it was also trivia night (starts at 7:00). Parking was a little tricky when we got there at 4:45, and based on how crowded it was when we left, I'm guessing it got downright hairy!
The inside is really cool - dark wood for coziness but high ceiling skylights for openness and light. The bar is long with a bajillion taps (mostly local - NoDa, Sugar Creek, Sycamore, Unknown, D9, etc.), and there's a covered patio, too. We sat inside and got friendly, consistent service. I had a couple of glasses of wine, and the fella got a few draft beers. Their bottle list was interesting, but some of the prices were insane... stick with the tap list!
We split a combo appetizer ($13.99), which came with pork pot stickers, eggrolls, and tempura shrimp, and tempura chicken tenders ($5.99), which we had seen come out to other people and looked delicious. Everything was really good. I don't usually have high standards for "bar food," but it wasn't greasy or heavy, and the dipping sauces were pretty delicious, especially the sweet chili sauce.
