Service was attentive, we got seated right away without a reservation. Flip your card to green and the 'meat men' all flock to your side. The salad bar was good- I loved that they have a huge bowl of crispy bacon :)
I eat my meat well done. So... If your like me, this place probably isn't for you. They cook most of the meat medium-rare. Though on the shank they do have medium-well (sometimes). I just had to special order mine and I didn't really get the experience of them cutting it off the shank or anything.
Probably wouldn't go again for the reason stated above. HOWEVER, the rest of my party absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave.
