  • Never again! Poor management, incompetent and cleaning services are sub-par. Stay away from their services. I used them for 3 weeks for co-hosting. They failed to clean the unit in between my guests even though they had 2 days. When the guest arrived in a messy unit and asked for someone to come and clean, their answer was: We are going to send someone in the morning! so pretty much telling the guest to sleep in dirty linens. Upon my return, straight from the airport I went to clean the unit. Took me 2.5h (I had to clean every item in the kitchen cupboard, dust of 3 weeks etc), however she said it was cleaned and claimed to be paid for that. Even the invoice had to be redone twice for the errors it contained. The owner never apologize for the mixed up (only to my guest). Two things were missing from the apartment: a flat sheet and a throw. She claims the guests took them. The guests were international and out of town, so chances to walk with these items were slim to none. I do agree with others that there is no attention to details and cleaning is done very superficial, not worth your money!
