These guys made it easy. I worked with Joe Medina. No haggle, no hassle experience. I purchased a previously owned (non Nissan) car from them and negotiated over the phone before making the 1 hour drive there. While they didn't deal a lot - they were fair in their pricing. They were friendly, professional, helpful and didn't try to oversell the financing, add-ons etc..just presented them in a professional manner. The only reason not for 5 stars is they are a busy dealership - so to get through the transaction I had to wait 1/2 hour to sign paperwork - which wasn't too bad but I would have rather not had to wait. The other thing is they do offer a 3 day 150 mile return guarantee on previously owned cars - but unfortunately I live 60 miles away and was leaving town the next morning for a wedding over 3 days - so wasn't even able to take advantage of the guarantee - it would be nice if they offered something just a bit longer and a bit more miles. e.g. 4 days and 200 miles. I live 60 miles away so a round trip plus a mechanic visit would have been tight anyway.
I would definitely consider returning to them especially if I was in the market for a Nissan.
p.s. while waiting, I overhead a few other sales people with customers and their approach seemed to be one of educating. In fact one of them I was impressed that he appeared to be steering them towards a car they could afford and encouraging them to at least see what their dollars could buy them (versus one they couldn't afford) and was explaining the basic concepts of interest over the life of a loan. It's pretty amazing people don't get educated before shopping for a car but it was good to see they seemed to have integrity in their approach.
