rev:text	I was greeted by a nice man but with three sales people standing at the front door I still had to wait for somebody to help me! It wasn't until I threaten to leave that they gave me to somebody who I wished I had left!! I came to pick up my new phone and when I was finally called it was by my wrong name which I pointed out and she still did not pronounce my name correctly even after I corrected her she just kept giving me the LOOK!! She really didn't help me set up my phone she said it wasn't permitted anymore and I can just go home and use the Wi-Fi!! Nice attitude!! it wasn't until I took it to the Verizon store on Williamsfield Road did I get the assistance I really needed even though they didn't sell me the phone they helped me get it set up!! I Recommend that if you need a new phone buy it from the new Verizon store on Williamsfield rd ask for Eric or Jaimie!!
