  • Two stars because this place definitely needs a parking lot. I understand that there is parking at the casinos and you can get validated(which I did at the Golden Nugget), but still. With the amount of traffic that this place gets, you'd think they would have a garage or lot dedicated to it. I guess that would make sense, though. That is a lot to ask for. Making sense is too much.*forehead smack* Anyway, I had to come here for some super "fun" legal stuff and I got here with enough time to get through the metal detector and find out where I was going. It actually was not that bad trying to get into the building and there weren't as many people as I thought there would be. You do enter and have to go right into a TSA style security situation, so be prepared. Don`t be fumbling with all your shizz, holding up the rest of us. You do have to take off your shoes here, so if you're wearing flats or heels, you might want to bring some socks or wear tights because you'll have to be barefoot on the floor like I was(gross). There was definitely some funky smells around me when the shoes came off. I did wash my feet thoroughly later that night and I suggest you do the same. Anyway, your bag will go through the scanner and you will walk through the metal detector and get the "okay" or "step aside and let me wand you" from the security folks. Once through, the place seems a little overwhelming, BUT there are multiple screens with the case numbers and names with the corresponding time and court room number, so that makes it a bit easier. Find out where you need to go and get yourself to the elevators and where you need to go. Overall, not too bad but I would prefer not to come here again.
