  • FINALLY! After visiting three other stores, this place had what I needed: skateboard safety gear, youth size. At the height of the recent heatwave, I was frustrated after having to drive around looking for equipment for my 11y/o son. The owner welcomed us in and inquired about our needs- I got right to the point. Knowing his inventory, he showed us the selection: a complete set vs. single items. Variety, I liked that! We chatted as my son verified the fit. Still a relative newbie to "The Valley", he gave some suggestions for restaurants, sports clubs, and activities. Helpful but not over bearing. We strolled through the store and bought other items that were in great shape. I will definitely return for any other sports equipment needs before I wander the aisles of Dick's Sporting Goods.
