They call it a "miscommunication", which to me is a nice way of saying "eff you, we got your money now". I call it poor business and dirty sales tactics. I'm just very sorry that we did not check all of the reviews before doing business here. The salesman is great and "helpful" while you're shopping. When there is an issue, they get dirty.

The salesman, Derek said--we have a 30 day guarantee on the mattress. Derek pulled the "we are a ma & pop business who supports our veterans", simply feeding off of the fact that my husband is an Army veteran. You lied to us and you just screwed us over big time. We fell for your "caring" attitude.
We called them before the delivery was even made to get a refund. They are keeping our money, which is over $1000.
This has been going on for about 2 months now.
"Customer Service" - do not leave me a reply/comment so that people will think your business practice is good and to make it seem as if you're looking out for your customers--you're not. Besides, I see how instead of trying to correct the situation you are belittling your customers in your replies and clearly just giving us the finger. You are NOT clear on your policies. If you were, you would not have so many negative reviews and disappointed customers.
