Time to get new office staff Dr. Adams,
We scheduled an appointment for my fiance over a month ago, and on the day of the appointment, your staff made us wait for 30 minutes just to tell us our appointment has been canceled. Your staff told us they called, but we had no voicemail. There was no offer to reschedule or empathy for taking our time. We absolutely would have given it another shot if your admin would have simply said "Hey guys so sorry but this happened because of (x reason) can i put you at the top of our priority list and get you in first thing on (x day)". I can see that you take the time as a business owner to read these reviews and i really appreciate that because from the looks of it, for the most part your patients really like you. It seems that all the complaints are about your front office and their time management.
Secondly while we were waiting, one of your admin took a call on your business line, hung up with the customer and then mocked them openly in front of your waiting room and everyone in it. This was Friday 6/16/2017 at around noon if you have cameras in your office.
Again we really wanted to give you another chance, but it sounds like its a sinking ship unless you can overhaul your staff.
