  • I recently had brunch a Frank. The food was pretty good, but not amazing. The presentation was excellent, but the service was crap. The food, and even water took forever; the servers weren't friendly at all, and made no effort to make us feel welcome or cared for. Things were so bad that we canceled our desert order and asked for the bill because things took so long. Why does it take 15 minutes for a plate of cookies??
