  • This place completes me. :-) I only had one meal here, so the 5 stars is based solely on that one, brunch meal. I had chicken and waffles at Bouchon for brunch. The chive and bacon waffles melted in the mouth. The butter and syrup were exquisitely creamy and sweet, respectively. The gravy for the chicken was UNREAL...I have not since my grandmother's cooking had such excellent gravy. The chicken was a divine poultry. Service wasn't fast, but this was a good thing. The staff smiled, served, chatted in harmony with the bustling room of eaters. You MUST eat here in Vegas. It is the best food I've had in months.
