  • Shortly after Niu-Gu opened, I went for dinner for their cumin-laced lamb chops. I love lamb more than any other meat. The owners/staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. But I did not enjoy dinner, it was terrible. The lamb chops were so thickly coated with cumin that all I could taste was the cumin and not the lamb! I regret having wasted my time, dinner, & my money.
