  • This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I called housekeeping at 6:30 am to have 2 blankets added to our room, by 6:00 pm when we returned to the room there were no extra blankets. I again called for blankets and when we received only 1 I was told they were all out of blankets due to the hotel being full. At the same time as the housekeeper dropped off the blanket the bathtub was discovered not holding water and the staff member said he would fix it and be right back with the part, he never returned. He also had an put-out attitude to boot. After dinner I went to the front desk to talk with a manager and was told there would not be one there until 2 days later and when I asked how the hotel handles issues was told in a very curt way , " we don't have issues". Wow I think I already had experienced two that they did not handle. The room we were placed in for $250. a night faced an outside wall and the hotel does not have secured WiFi. Nothing like sleeping in your sweatshirt to stay warm for that price!!!!! Best western used to be a good hotel to stay in, very consistent and friendly...never again for me!
