  • I used this place last year for Penske pick up and it was fine. Used it again this year and it is a total joke. Truck was very late, employee lied about timetable for late arrival, didn't call about it being late, and wasted a lot of time and money as I was paying movers to stand around waiting for a problem of CubeSmart's creation. I made the reservation 2.5 months ago. This level of service is unacceptable.
