  • If you could give 0 stars I would! American Air is a joke!! Grumpy employees, picking and choosing which bags to demand you gate check when they already said it is only 60% full flight. My husbands bag, identical to mine, was fine to carry on but not mine! Mine wasn't extended or anything, but she was on a hate women tirade! 7 other people on the plane were frustrated and annoyed and felt it was ridiculous and unnecessary. Finally we got on the plane and plenty of room for bags and would have fit with comfort! She needs to relax and get a new job!! It is the day after Thanksgiving for heaven sake! Take a deep breath and stop discriminating and hating on your customers!! Hallelujah heading to vacation and forget her...except I have to wait for luggage now to get my carry on...which I carried on for a reason!
