  • Chuck is very courteous and professional. We came in to get a new battery for our car and we didn't even mention anything about a warranty and he went out of his way to check to see if it was covered under warranty! Then when he found out they didn't carry that battery anymore BUT it was covered under AutoZone warranty he contacted AutoZone and got everything squared away for us so all we had to do was drive over to AutoZone and get our new battery installed. He really turned a bummer situation into the best possible situation that it could be!
