  • they're your best friend until you sign the contract, then they could honestly give two sh!ts less about you. They made an error in regards to when the first payment is due, then when confronted with the error absolutely refused to lift a finger to fix it - the finance manager literally said "we didn't make any money off of this deal anyways." HORRIBLE and unacceptable customer service. The service department is a joke as well, takes 4-5 calls to get someone on the phone most times.
