I had such high hopes for this restaurant after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience was that it was just average. I guess it's location near the back of The Venetian Food Court area should have been the first sign. I was seated outside sandwich between two other tables. It took awhile for the waiter to come by with the menu and my water. The complimentary garlic rolls were okay, nothing to rave about. I saw the owner, or someone in management, walking around and talking to some tables. I was hoping he'd stop by mine, but it looked like he was just stopping by familiar faces. I almost always order eggplant if it's on the menu. I must say I was very disappointed. They were length wise slices layered on top of each other with tons of cheese on top - it reminded me of an eggplant lasagna. The great thing about Vegas is that there are tons of restaurants to choose from. Skip this one.
