  • My Wayfair order was scheduled to be at my home between 10-2. At 11:20 I received a call that my delivery would be here in 20 minutes. Well 2 hours later still no delivery. I called Blue Streak and was informed that it was delivered at 11:48. Well needless to say not at my address was it delivered. To find out they left it at an address that wasnt even on my street or the same house number. They assumed it was the correct house. Being 107 degrees outside my son and I had to go search for a 200 pound grill that was delivered over 2 hours ago in Hopes nobody claimed it as theirs. Luckily we found it and had to figure out how we were going to place it in the car. Not happy with the incompetence of the drivers. Not even double checking the address on the box and the address they took a picture of.
