I would give zero if I could. This has got to be the absolute worst service (of any sort) that I have ever dealt with. I wonder if the L is actually a typo and the name is actually BS company... That is the only way I could find any competence within this business. I actually don't even know what actual purpose this place serves in terms of getting a visa other than lengthening the process. I think having to pay a service fee is a JOKE!
I chose the postal service option and I would suggest any first timers against using this service. If you go to the office then at least they can point out to you what the issues are with your application.
Their communication is extremely poor, I was made to run in circles over the entire process and it was difficult to find answers when calling customer service. Representatives had conflicting information, incorrect information, etc. Email was just as bad, if not worse, and their constant automated email system drove me crazy (imagine the same automated email each and every day for about two weeks after you had mailed in a correction after the first time you received it)!
Their website is convoluted and uses uselessly "flamboyant" diction which makes it all the more difficult to decipher. I guess they have never heard of the KISS method (keep it simple stupid). There is a page on their site where you are supposed to be able to track your application, but not once did it work.
Unfortunately there is no bypassing B(L)S. So, my suggestion for all is to go directly to the location, quadruple check ALL of your documents, or bug/trick them to help you by phone with your ENTIRE application and apply early!
