  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Lets start by saying I am new to the area and was referred here by the insurance company of the lady who hit me (of course the insurance wont pay to just send me to BMW). I took the word of the insurance agent because I needed to get into a rental car fast and did not have time to deal with searching for a shop. Inconveniently, they are open only 9-5 M-F.. some of us actually work and don't have time to deal with car trouble. Vic was my representative at the body shop.. and from the start the guy was extremely rude. I had to just leave my car at the shop hoping it would be done relatively fast. A week goes by and I still have heard nothing. I call and get no answer, my mother calls and gets no answer. We finally get ahold of this Vic prick and he gives us no ETA. A MONTH goes by of me going from a BMW into a Chevy Cruze and I finally get a call saying its ready. I get to the shop.. a 12 in CRACK in my windshield that obviously was not there before. This Vic guy tries to tell me it was.. I was like I HAVE PICTURES from the crash with no crack. Needless to say they refused to fix it and i took my car. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE. WHY WOULD YOU EVER GIVE A CAR BACK WITH A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD REGARDLESS!! ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE EXPERIENCE..
