I drink a lot of Starbucks and have been a rewards member since the program's inception. I have to say hands down that this is the worse Starbucks and customer service I have ever encountered. I went through the drive through early this afternoon because I was in a hurry for a scheduled appointment and thought I would be able to get my drink relatively fast because there was just one car in front of me at the window. Wrong! Drinks kept passing back and forth between the window worker and the car's driver which were followed up by different drinks. I'm assuming the wrong drinks were being handed off to the driver. There was a lot of discussion going on between the car in front of me and the Starbucks window employee. Anyhow, after 12 minutes of this nonsense, I finally was able to pull up to the window. Window service was so incredibly slow! Once I got to the window I was handed what I thought was my drink. By this time a lot of cars had lined up behind me. I pulled away only to find out that the window worker had given me the wrong drink! Are you kidding me??!!!!!!! What's the point of drive-thru if you end up having to go in??!!!!!!! So irritating! I parked the car, went in, and patiently waited for an employee to wait on me despite there being no one in line. The employees were laughing and chit chatting. I said something to get some service and explained the error. They corrected the drink and laughingly said they gave me the wrong drink and apologized. I'm glad they found humor in the situation because I certainly didn't. Horrible customer service - still love Starbucks but won't be back to this location
