  • A store owner needs to review the cameras from 12:45 to 1pm. Several cars came and went through With out being helped. I called the store several times. Finally a Spanish man answered and said he is looking at the camera and doesn't see anyone in the drive thru. I called from the drive thru. There was another car at the other speaker. Absolutely ridiculous. In fact I'm calling in the morning to make sure a store manager knows what's going on in the store. When we circled the first time, there was no one in site. When we drove around 15 minutes later after calling and being hung up on, there was magically a gentleman wiping down tables. Is there only one person working the whole shift?
