I frequented this location for a minute as it's on the way to work. I miss my camelback and 7th Ave location. This never once happened there... Bell had never been efficient but it wasn't a huge deal. I spent no more than 10 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. However, one day I ordered one of my new favorites and realized it was wrong way down the road. I didn't have time to turn around and I was glad I liked the drink they chose for me.
Then, it happened again a week later but this time 2 days in a row. One time in AM and once in PM. The last time I went in bc it was something I would never order. I went inside and the young man at the register was apathetic to the issue and had to ask what drink it was even though the sticker was on it. So not only did someone mispour the drink, they didn't apologize. Despite his coworkers gauking, no one helped him out.
So I explained I would not be back and to give me back my money and correct the mistake. They made the new creme brullee latte but it was cold and I left with my refund.
I suggest better coaching to all employees. Cashier or barista. Perhaps management that is more present.
