  • I am a fan of Cartel and what they have done in other locations, but the Old Town location just doesn't do the same for me. It's so cold and stoic...no personality...and just blah. Old Town surprisingly doesn't have a lot of "cool" coffee shops like Downtown or even Tempe, so this will have to do when in the area....but it could be so much better.
