  • Let me start by saying, that I made a reservation for a van in advance and received a confirmation number( 11 days in advance).However less than 24 hours prior to my vehicle pickup, they called me to let me know there were no vans or like vehicles available. What is the point of making a reservation if you are not going to have what is reserved. At this point it is too late to rent any vehicles from any other company. I called the manager and felt like I was in a bad episode of Seinfeld. "Anybody can take a reservation, its the hold thats important." Do yourself a favor and rent from someone other than Hertz, unless you are willing to gamble on your travel plans. Our trip plans were ruined by this company. Have to give them a star, but even their customer service was bad and deserve zero stars all around.
