  • I had my watch repaired at the Mani location in the Royal Bank Plaza. They changed the face and the 12 kept falling off. (My watch is quite old...but still works very well otherwise. It's a Seiko with sentimental value). After the repair the 12 fell off again. I was rather disappointed and left it over the Christmas holidays. When I got it back after a brief discussion with one of the staff (owner?) he waived the shipping charges of $15. Great service...rare these days. I will definitely go back!
