  • This office is totally careless. I filled out my paperwork. They took a copy of both my insurance card and drivers license. But they STILL set me up wrong in THEIR system. If they filed a claim to my insurance it never even got entered because they had MY NAME wrong. Now I get a bill, they claim it was denied, you can't talk to a human and I am expected to run around and make up for THEIR screwups. No thank you. Don't use these careless slobs - you'll end up being their clerk, paying money you shouldn't have to.
