  • We called to make an appointment for a test drive for the exact car we were interested in. The sale person gave us the time & car info was confirmed. We showed up and salesman made us wait over 10 min, then came out and did not even introduce hisself. He then said the car we came to test drive was already being test driven by another couple at the time we were suppose to be having our appointment! Very not cool!!!!! We finally got to drive the car & we really liked it. The salesman's phone "rings" (we did not hear it) & he then says to us that "the other couple) bought the car!!!! I was completely livid!!!! What it all came down to was Very Poor salesmanship by this car dealer. I would Never purchase a car from them. Buyer beware!!!!! 1. Our salesman should have said to the other salesman that he had an appointment and the other couple had to wait. 2. Our salesman should have held onto the key and held our appointment time slot for us since we drove almost 1 hour away on a Sunday 3. Poor salesmanship, said that "today is our company christmas party" and I need to know this because?????........oh yeah, you Close at 5 and your party does not start till 5 and it's Only 3pm!!!!!!
