  • I wish I could give a better rating because the service was excellent, but I have to say I was very disappointed overall. We received a friendly greeting immediately as we entered the door &we were seated right away. Our server explained how things worked there in regards to wanting more meat or not, and wheeled over a display of wines to choose from. I would have liked to have seen a wine list instead, with prices for glasses/bottles listed. We each decided on a malbec, which was very good. We headed up to the salad bar where many different items were available. We each just tried a couple of different items & made a small salad because we were really looking forward to trying all the different meats & wanted to save room. While the salad bar had a variety of things to choose from, actual salad toppings were very limited...just tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots...no cheese, croutons, etc. When we were ready for the highly anticipated meat course, we flipped our indicator to green to let the staff know. They came over immediately, one after the other, with different meats until we turned it back to red. All of the meats had a very similar taste, and all were very salty, especially the sausage. I only had about one bite of each meat. After we were done eating another employee wheeled over a dessert cart. They offered about 10 different desserts, and they all looked good, but we were turned off from eating anything else. We did tell our server how we were disappointed in the meat & the saltiness of it, and he did not charge us for our 2 glasses of wine, which was nice, but I wish they would have done more, like maybe remove one of the $33 meals. Our server also gave us some sort of electronic tablet so we could review our meal right there at the table, encouraging us to write how it was very salty, in order to get the owner's attention. I will not be returning.
