  • Within the last year traded two vehicles (both Cadillac) and upgraded to the XTS. After doing the deal realized I made a huge mistake, received no where near the value for my two vehicles and paid too much for the XTS, however that's my fault, they did their job. Discussed after wards with the GM and he had nothing to say so I shut up and moved on. The frustrations only were beginning, from a service perspective no "Mr. Goodwrench" here. Three trips to have brake work done and they are worse than ever, extremely poor service. I will say the service representative was stellar and extremely professional. Another disappointment is I have been in the dealership 5-6 times in the past few months and none of the sales reps or finance guy say hello or even recognize me since our transaction, again disappointing.
