  • I would give no stars if possible. If your home warranty company sends this contractor for your repair, absolutely refuse and ask for another contractor. They gave the warranty company inaccurate information and when I called to get an explanation, all I got was the run around. Calls were not returned to me or the warranty company as well. Which is kind of funny considering had they acknowledged the problem appropriately, they would have had a sizable job to do. I guess they make enough money from those service call fees to not have to worry about doing actual work and fixing problems.
