  • I literally cannot go lower than 1 Star. Century Link is an absolute joke for an isp provider. Customer service window for everything is 8am-6pm. Actual internet service is weak. TV channels offered is weak. Pricing is weak. What a basket of bullshit. I can get faster speeds using my phone as a hot spot. Ridiculous. I'm seriously appalled that you pass for an actual company in any shape or form. Smh.
