  • I just moved to Charlotte from Maryland a few months ago and, before today, the same hairstylist had cut and colored my hair for the past 6 years. To say I was nervous about going somewhere new would be an understatement, but my experience at Cutting Image Salon was wonderful. When I called earlier this week, I talked to Elizabeth Rausch and told her what I was looking to do. She confidently told me she was very capable and had an opening on Friday. I was sold. When I got to the salon this morning, Elizabeth asked me what I wanted to do and listened to what I wanted to avoid, but I could tell she had a pretty good idea of what would work. Two hours later, which flew by because she's super easy to talk to, I was leaving with beautiful natural highlights, hardly any length cut off (thank god for a hairstylist that actually listens to you when you say you want to keep the length!!) and healthy hair. I will definitely be going back!
