| - Can't trust this company. Did a good job the first and second times they trimmed our ornamental oranges. Third time, had to call them back to fix several large areas that either weren't done or were done badly. The last time, the arborist recommended a soil test, which cost about $200, because some of the trees were yellowing badly. Several months passed, no report. When I called, TreePros said they lost it and wouldn't charge us for it. They found it a week later and emailed it. No explanation of the report, just a bunch of numbers. The next arborist Tree Pros sent out to talk about the report told us that we never needed the test, that it was a waste of money, that he could tell what the trees needed just by looking at them as it's a common problem in AZ, and that the person who sold us the test was no longer with the company. He has refused to refund the cost of the unnecessary test, notwithstanding that his company recommended it, because, well, we got the results after all. That decision has cost TreePros my business, to the tune of over $1,200 a year in business they won't see again.
