  • Highly recommended! I called and left a message Saturday evening and Carissa called me back Sunday morning and was very helpful. I asked for a ballpark estimate on the job (with the understanding that it could be higher if the problem was more extensive than what I was describing) and she gave me an estimate that was spot on. She also (understandably) re-iterated that it was just an estimate and that it could change based on what the tech found. She managed to schedule someone to come out that same day and within 45 minutes, the tech, Mario, was at my house. Mario was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very fair with what he charged me for and how much he charged me. There were a couple things that some other companies might have nickel and dimed me over, but Mario did not. The final price actually ended up being under what I was thinking and what Carissa had estimated, so I was happy.
