  • My family can be a little extra and one thing we like to do annually is to go to Toronto during the summer to get our hair done and eat good quality food. It is like a mini Korean town it has all the food I am craving. Anyhow I always get my hair treated with essence and then do a perm with layers. Everyone is super nice but they are fluent in Korean (for those that don't speak Korean they do also speak English). The place is really nice and it is in a building. In the back there is a beauty spa where you can get your nails done, get eyelash extension, or even get rid of your unwanted beauty marks. For hair they always wash your hair and give it a nice massage. Then you just tell them what you want and with patience they will try to match your hair goal. At the end they wash your hair again and blow dry + add oils to finish the look. All in all it is a good place to get your hair done. It is a plus when it is near downtown so you can get dessert or go to a stationary store a few blocks down! Tip: they take cash rather than card so don't forget.
