  • I received an oil change today and everything went great. Until, I went to drive my car away and anytime I hit the gas petal...the car would die. So I bring my car back and tell them to fix it - they didn't attach something back the way it was supposed to and caused a vacuum leak. The manager came over to apologize and blamed a poor job done on "the other car he was working on not taking a charge and him getting frustrated". I'm sorry, another car frustrating you is NOT an excuse. Another thing is that he pulled a cabin air filter off the desk, told me it was mine and that it needed to be replaced. Thankfully I refused because when going over the service with me, I was made aware that they were unable to access my air filter. I'm giving two stars only because they immediately fixed it and apologized. But I will not be returning.
