  • I hired Oasis Springs Builders to convert my upstairs loft area into a full bedroom. They were professional, communicated with me consistently and openly, and did great work. Highly recommended! This was a smaller job for them but they gave me the same kind of attention and service that I'm sure most of their larger jobs get. I like that they pulled permits for all of the work (unlike some other companies that I got quotes from). They met with me and gave me an estimate, then started the work a few weeks later. The work involved removing the existing banister, framing new walls, framed up a new closet, moving several light & fan electrical switches and power outlets into the new room, moving an A/C return over in the ceiling, drywalled and muded the new walls, textured the new walls, and installed a bedroom door, closet doors, a wire rack in the closet, a new pot light in the hallway, and a new smoke detector. Its now a fully functional bedroom that fully meets the latest Clark County code. The bedroom also looks ORIGINAL TO THE HOUSE. Great job!
