rev:text	I live in an older condo complex with not very many guest parking spots and my garage door has only been able to open manually since I moved in which forced me to park in the guest parking until I could get this fixed. I have a busy busy schedule as I work multiple jobs and have a lot of responsibilities so I'm always in and out of the house and need super convenience to go with my schedule. For the past few months I've had no problems with parking outside in 1 of the 2, yes only 2 guest parking spots by my condo. Until over a week ago when one of my new neighbors decided that he wanted to park his truck that he never uses in my guest parking spot. Now I've seen the inside of his garage, he has the room to park it in there. So I said to myself I could be an asshole like him and have it towed, or I could just fix this damn garage door issue already and never have to deal with my neighbors ever again! So, with very little time before having to head to work, I came here on Yelp searched through the reviews called Ryan and mentioned I had to leave for work in literally 2 hours maybe and asked if he was available - he said sure thing, came over fairly quick and solved my problem with plenty of time to still get ready and head to work!! Also he didn't charge me an arm and a leg his rate was very fair especially considering I called him at the last minute with only a 2 hour window to come over and fix the problem. So if you ask me, 1st Call Garage Doors is who you should call first. Thank you so much for being awesome 1st Call!
