  • The free hair cut offer only vaild with Straighten & Perm (how does both go together? checking their website, oh, a Straighten Perm...) so it's not a check-in offer. Please change that or add in the condition in there. End-up getting a hair cut, at first I thought the guy asked me how I want my hair cutted was just to get me prepared for the haircut. Turns out he is the one cutting my hair, never had the same person who wash my hair that also wash my hair... (even at those $10 quick cut place, they have someone else to wash and the hair stylist wouldn't do any of that) It was fast (about 30 min or less?) the whole time I keep getting hit by the comb he uses. and near the end he actually dropped his comb... (never had that happen in any other place, and I'm glad that it's not his scissors.) took a closer look after lunch and later at home, the cut was pretty amateur (don't wanna use un-professional, as it's not even close to being professional.) a part of my hair right above my forehead was extremely short, while everything around it was at least 1" longer. it's weird... (no wonder people keep staring at me, it's not just my face, but my hair!!) didn't give me a tissue or remind me there are bunch of hair on my face. was really interested about the squid ink hair color treatment, but I guess other place will have it eventually... may be I should ask for Kris (as mentioned in other review?), oh well, my next hair cut will be in two months...(yeah, it's THAT short.) 3/15
