| - Recently I took one of my firearms out to practice with it. The gun jammed and I was not able to clear the weapon. I took it to New Frontier Armory for help. I spoke to Hugo, I informed him of the fact that I STILL had a live round in the weapon and it had jammed so badly that I could not get it cleared or make the gun safe. He took the gun to the back where he spent the next couple minutes working on it. When he returned, the gun was cleared! He found a foreign piece of plastic in the gun which caused it to jam. Still unsure how this plastic wound up in my gun? Anyway, Hugo then proceeded to break the gun down to inspect for damage. He found none, with exception of a mangled bullet. Know I'm now at their mercy, I asked, how much do I owe you? With a smile on his face, he reached out to shake my hand, and said, " have a good day and enjoy your gun." I even asked a second time and explained, " you guys saved my bacon, and I appreciate it, are sure I don't owe you?" Again with a smile, his answer was " No". They could have taken me to the cleaners by telling me it would be a day or so to fix it and charging me a couple hundred dollars, or telling me that it now needs parts to repair it. Or any scenario to get my money. It's an expensive gun, so I would have no alternative but to pay... basically they could have taken advantage of me. They didn't. That is good business, good service, good morals, good people, integrity, and honesty. I'll do all my business with them from now on.
