  • As part of a wedding party shopping for dresses on Sat afternoon, we decided that best thing that we could do in between shop visits would be to get a cupcake. Yelp Blackberry App and a quick search later, bridal party is selecting a 6pack of cupcakes (for about $12) for the road. I sampled two, one "After Eight" with a very dense chocolate base and a disappointingly not-minty-enough icing, and a Vanilla base with fresh berries topped with lemon icing, which was by far the better of the two. Pros: Fun experience, small enough and inexpensive enough cupcakes that you can justify popping int o eat one or two. Cons: Good, but not mind-blowingly amazing. I've had better cupcakes and I was tres-disappointed by the After Eight's lack of mint. No seating at all. A little table with 4 stools would be great for those who want to eat without balancing their cupcakes on various displays.
