  • Let me first start off by saying, I love flower child. It has the best, most fresh food in Phoenix and I've been coming here for years! The staff has always been so awesome and it's really felt like a community. I hate to say this.. but the vibe has changed. I used to see a very friendly environment between workers and management and that has gone down hill. I have lost a little respect because of the new manager. I have seen him be disrespectful to his workers, which I think is extremely inappropriate. I'd like to see more of a family environment. But as always, I love me a good Mother Earth and some Mac n cheese.
