  • Don't trust this cleaner with your precious clothing. I dropped off 3 items (shirt, jacket, and long coat = $50). When i got my garments back the brand new long coat was FILTHY and covered in lint. It took me an hour to clean off myself AND worst of all every single button had been removed and sewn back on like a 5 year old did it. This is a NICE NICE $600 coat. The buttons were sewn threw the pockets, frayed, and look horrible. I called the cleaners to see what they'd do and they brushed me off. Told me they call me back and never have. Now i have to take the coat to a taylor and have the buttons sewn on right which will no doubt cost another $50. So much for a good cleaner in the ritzy part of town. GO ELSEWHERE.
