  • I normally go in expecting high pressure sales people so i was shocked to see one person not quite near the door sitting on a sofa on his phone.. if not for the radio he was wearing i would have assumed him another guest. He did not even look up as i passed by. as i went around looking for some of the peices i needed for my house i also noticed two girls at a computer talking. I thought for sure i would at least get some kind of *are you doing alright* but as i passed by they continued talking to each other in spanish... finally as i was still kind of lost and looking at a sign to figure out what kind of promotions this store was having a young lady asked me if i had any questions on pricing and what would come in the sets. she was very nice and ran me though the catalogs to see if there was anything that would match my furniture at home (being as most of it is very modern i could not find the matches that i needed) the lady did let me know that there were other items online that were not in the store and if i did happen to find something that would match that i could just call and ask if it was somewhere i could see it. i found what i needed from another store but i am still upset that it took so long for someone to at least notice i was in the store. I could have been out sooner if i knew that the style i wanted was not one that was available. and i am still shocked that the management allows the sales people to sit around on the furniture on their cellphones. what a waste
