  • Amazeballs. Location- off the strip, away from the crazies and college kids. Ambience- super chill, non pretentious Staff- attentive and knows their ish Price point- 30$ for rib eye? GTFO!!!! (by the way they also serve meat from Jocko's in Nipomo) Food: 1. Bavette (sp) too chewy for me and not enough marbling. My cousin ordered it medium rare and tasted amaze. Disclaimer: I'm a ribeye kind of guy 2. Rib eye- bomb dot com 3. Brisket- (possibly one of the best briskets I've had) 4. Octopus- perfectly grilled 5. Bone Marrow- see #3 6. Mac and Cheese- amazing but not life changing 7. Brussel sprouts - see #6 8. Bread- who doesn't love carbs? NO CORKAGE FTW (is it a Nevada thing?) Will definitely be back! Total bill 230$ pre tip for 4 adults with entrees cocktails apps. Skipped dessert
