  • Zero stars if I could. When I walked in the girl behind the desk was friendly at first, until she found out that I had visited another Carenow location and had a bill for $108 dollars. I told her yes, that I was on a payment plan. That's when she turned into the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She rudely informed me that my insurance does not cover all the expenses, so I would either have to pay the remainder of the bill or pay at least 20 percent of what my insurance does not cover to see a dr. I told her that I was on a payment plan and that I was paying that bill and that I'm a little short on cash. She then said well a dr. is not going to see you. Wtf?!?! Since when is it legal to deny a person medical treatment because of inability to pay? After going back and forth with her I finally agreed to pay $50. The rest of the staff, smh, I could go on all night. I did demand a number to call to complain and WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!! I would rather lay in the street and die then to ever deal with that place again
