  • I will never be returning. I signed a credit card receipt for $42 and you changed the amount to $50 dollars without my knowledge and consent; this is fraud. The lack of unprofessionalism is astonishing; that you would lose a customer and potentially others over $8. I know it's just $8 but it's the principle in this matter. Didn't know a company was so hard up for $8. Obviously the bottom line is money- not the acquisition of your clients and retention. It is not my fault that your front desk person lacks due diligence to properly execute her job duties. I was a first time visitor and this is the service I receive. I will be filing complaints with every agency I possibly can.
