  • My contract ended 3 months ago and yet they still keep contacting me saying that I missed a monthly payment. How? I paid it off months before. I logged onto my account online and it says I don't owe anything. I still have kept a copy of the contract since I first joined and the manager then who helped me signed up wrote on the line that I was only paying for 25 months instead of 26. They're trying to make me pay for that extra month! They also sent me a letter in the mail saying that I missed a payment and that, that payment would also include renewal of my membership, which requires me to pay an extra $$. Seriously guys do not go here! Talk about frustrating.
